Property and Loan Packages

When available, we post here our package opportunities.  These are spec home build packages that would include a manufactured home zoned vacant lot along with funding for the spec home build project.  Or we will post a rehab opportunity with a wholesale manufactured home deal along with funding for the rehab project.   All of these packages must be bought as a unit (property + loan) and are approved on based on borrower qualifications.
