About Mobile Home Money

Mobile Home Money is based in Raleigh, NC, and is owned and operated by Doug Peterson, a long-time, local real estate investor.  After many years of manufactured home flips, rentals, and new construction projects, Doug saw the need for lending that is focused on helping manufactured home investors.

In addition to manufactured home investing, Doug has done new construction of modular homes, rehabbed and rented dozens of single-family homes, commercial property flips, and turned around a 70-unit mobile home park.
