Vacant Lot and Loan Combo Packages

When available, we post here our lot+loan combo package opportunities.  These are spec home build packages that would include a manufactured home zoned vacant lot along with funding for the spec home build project.  All of these packages must be bought as a unit (lot + loan) and are approved on based on borrower qualifications.
